My workouts are structured to meet your unique needs.

I train in a variety of locations: My studio, your home, a traditional gym, outdoors, local parks, area tracks, etc.

Training is multi-modal, and incorporates a variety of fitness activities and equipment.  I train in an atmosphere of safety, effectiveness, motivation, and FUN!

Getting Started

The initial consultation will:

  • Assist you in identifying meaningful and measurable training and fitness goals
  • Identify day-to-day situations that sabotage success
  • Identify strategies to successfully manage these situations
  • Discuss health or medical conditions
  • Conduct an initial Fitness Evaluation
  • Review the functional components of a safe and effective workout
  • Schedule regular training sessions
