Nutrition Counseling isn't about telling you what you can't eat. Good nutrition starts with making good choices. Knowing what to eat in moderation, and understanding what types of situations or temptations will cause you to consume food and drink in unhealthy quantities is where we start.
In your initial consultation, we will discuss your goals and the behaviors that are keeping you from meeting these goals. Important things such as eating habits, lifestyle, relevant medical history, and menu options will be discussed. Together we will work up strategies to achieve your health goals.
