There is no "one size fits all" path to optimum health and fitness. Strength training, flexibility training, aerobic fitness, are all important areas that need to be addressed.
To improve your level of physical fitness you need to commit to an exercise regimen. However, sticking to a routine can be hard, as daily life and boredom with the same exercises can strain your commitment. I will work with you, varying the workouts to keep you challenged, and invested.
Nutrition
The old adage says "You are what you eat." But knowing the best options for healthy eating isn't enough. Nutrition counseling will help you make the best choices to maintain a healthy weight, and allow you to feel good about eating.
I will help you identify those day to day barriers that sabotage your healthy eating. We will work together to strategically plan healthful choices and nutritious alternatives.
